Biography

Liu Chong, founder of local anesthesia liposuction and Elf Face contouring. He is a former surgeon at Tai'an Central Hospital (Grade III-A) and served as Surgical Director of Beijing Qinghan Medical (now Beijing Jinse Medical) in 2018. He is a member of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association.

Since graduation, Liu Chong's research has focused on body contouring, anti-aging, and refined fat sculpting techniques. As a formally trained plastic surgeon born in the 1980s, he has specialized in fat-related surgery for more than ten years. Through dedicated study, he has summarized the layered technique theory and separation technique for liposuction, which effectively addresses issues such as postoperative hospitalization and trauma while ensuring that the deep and superficial fascia are not damaged. This achieves the advantage of same-day treatment and discharge. He has extensive clinical experience in liposuction, fat grafting, and contouring of the face and body.
